Most rental property jobs fall into one of three categories. Minor repairs can often be completed during the first attendance where authorisation has been provided. Larger work is quoted clearly before proceeding.
Standard Property Maintenance Callouts
For tenant electrical faults, failed lights, faulty power points, tripping circuits, damaged switches, exhaust fans and general rental property repairs.
Includes attendance and up to the first hour of labour during standard business hours in our core service area. Materials and additional labour are charged separately.
RCD & Smoke Alarm Compliance Checks
For rental properties, lease changes, property sales and compliance records.
Includes RCD testing, smoke alarm checks, a visual switchboard inspection and clear documentation for your records. Any required repairs, replacements or upgrades are quoted separately before proceeding.
Larger Repairs & Owner Approval Work
For switchboard upgrades, new circuits, damaged cabling, multiple smoke alarm replacements, strata/common area repairs and larger maintenance items.
We inspect the issue, explain the scope clearly, and provide a fixed quote so the owner can approve the work before costs are incurred.
